I have NEVER experienced such great customer service. They were always so friendly and willing to help, making the wreck experience much easier. During drop off they had one of their own employees take me to enterprise because after 20 minutes they thought I was waiting too long. Everything was so quick. Once I received the vehicle back I was thoroughly impressed! The entire vehicle was cleaned including the inside. I could have never asked for a better experience. Thank you so much Glaser’s team!!

The lady at the front desk was kind enough to drop me off at a near by McDonald's,( on the day I dropped off my car), where my wife could pick me up. This was after hours and to me it was just go above and beyond for a customer. I inspected my vehicle for gaps or spaces where things may not line up. And I could not find any, they definitely pay attention to detail.
