They had my car done quickly. I was very happy with getting it back in one day.

I experienced very professional and courteous service from beginning to end. You put my car back together and I am very thankful. I love my Nissan Altima and I would recommend the Thompson service.

Although it took longer than anticipated I would say "excellent" is not a strong enough word to describe the work done on my vehicle. Also, thanks to Stephanie and Rick for their superb efforts to expedite the completion of the job. The crew's work demonstrates a quality result.

Rick Pagano has again made an unfortunate situation a pleasant experience. I wouldn't take my cars of any make anywhere else.

I'll preface this by saying that I'm very particular about my automobiles, and these may seem insignificant to some customers. However, the detail of my vehicle post repair was not respectable. There was still caked wax around the front emblem, the wheels were still dirty with parts that hadn't even been touched, and the interior had some sort of filmy residue on the steering wheel that hadn't been there when I dropped it off. As for the craftsmanship of the work: there is a small raised bubble in the paint where the repair was done. I'm not sure if the area was not prepped and smoothed properly or if the paint was applied too generously and a droplet formed, but it isn't smooth. It's a small blemish, but I'm juxtaposing this experience with my last repair which I had done at the Thompson collision facility in Pipersville and their repair and attention to detail was superior.

Communication was excellent Progress texts/emails were greatly appreciated. George was very easy to get in touch with and was very professional and courteous Job well done. Thank you

Thompson has been great. 2 of last 3 cars were purchasedfrom thompson. We will start at thompsonwhen we buy our next car in fall 2016.
