This is actually the 3rd time we have unfortunately needed body repair by Olde Towne Autobody. While we don't wish an accident on anyone, I would certainly recommend your shop to anyone who asks. After our first experience with your shop I have thought of no other shop but yours that I would trust my Porsche to and that includes the dealer. i cannot think of anything to improve about my experience. Well maybe a larger customer waiting area ;-)

Up on pick up of my truck I noticed scratches on the wheel well that were not previously there. Once I pointed it out to the management they owed up to it, but now I have to take thd truck back next week to have the scratches repaired.

Hello Old Town Auto Body,
The body repair was done well, and the issue with the power lock on the new driver's door (which didn't exist with the old door) was fixed promptly shortly after I arrived to pick up the car. Unfortunately, I have discovered that only the driver's side power window works (again, not an issue with the old door). I will bring the vehicle in this next Friday morning, July 31st, for that repair.
