Everyone was very nice. They kept me updated on the progress of the repair with texts, which was great. The repair was completed sooner than originally promised. Service was excellent. I will definitely use them again and would recommend Pro Collision to friends and family.

Didn't recieve any updates on my vehicle, had to call to check up on the repairs and to see if my vehicle was ready. Receiving updates now that my car is back with me- so there might be an issue with the text updates..Other than that, car looks great and good experience.

During my 1st visit, I was told that because my car was drivable, it would be weeks before they could get to me. They then scheduled me for the last day of no school/summer (imp to us as we have only one car and an asthmatic daughter and live in a different town). When I arrived (having made the 30 min drive from my town to Orange va) I was l told the part wasn't in yet. No call to let me know beforehand. All of this in addition to the attitude I received from the owner and no apology for the poor service. I would not recommend this facility. (The front desk ladies were very nice.)

All the repair was totally satisfactory. I was disappointed in the condition the truck was returned to me. The truck was wet like it was hosed off or run through a wash without drying.
Water spots resulted from that causing me to use to have to use the window washer to clean the wind shield. I still have to the side windows.
Not used to that. When Reynolds fixed my wife's Subaru, it was spotless. Guess I'm spoiled.

I was very happy with the service at Pro Collision. I was on vacation during most of the repair process, but Pro Collision handled everything and I didn't have to worry about chasing down the insurance company. Unfortunately, my sunroof acted up when I tried to open it. David took care of it right away. I am very happy with they way Pro Collision takes care of customers.
