Terrible customer service. Manager was rude and condescending. They did not start work on a minor dent after having the truck for a week and then they could not say when the work could be started. They ran a diagnostic test the day the truck was brought in even though they had no schedule for repair. That resulted in holding our vehicle hostage unless we paid for a test that should not have been run unless and until the repair was to be made. We paid, took our truck and will never recommend this body shop to any one. Very questionable business practices. We feel like we were scammed out of $240.
