The team did a wonderful job of making my car look brand new! The whole process went smoothly,(maybe not from lou's perspective.) The staff was so kind-I didn't feel ashamed for my accident.
When I inspected the car, ready for pick-up, R-C made sure I was satisfied. The owner also came outside to make sure I was completely satisfied.
The behind-the scene people did a great job, never saw them, but wow is hopefully the best compliment.
