We have only used Norton & Richardson for car repairs in the past 20 yrs. They always do an excellent job. My only complaint this one time is that I had to wait more than **** mt. for the appt. to get the bumper fixed, which I felt was too long. My accident occurred on 12/24; repair wasn't done until 2/9.
