This was my first time dealing with mace . I’ve always trusted the big name facilities. However after this past year and the pandemic and with meeting Lucas it has opened my eyes to support mom amd pop shops . I was not disappointed from start to finish it was a professional encounter . From the moment my first call was answered, I was impressed with the warm, friendly, and competent professionalism of your staff. Throughout the short repair process, I received regular updates, and our vehicle was repaired fully and timely. At first I was hesitant to take our car to Smithsburg because it is about a 20 min drive for us. But in all honesty, the competent and friendly way I was greeting during my first (phone) encounter I was so impressed, that the drive didn’t matter. And now, at the completed end of the repair, I am still just as impressed. If the need arises again in the future, Mace Auto Body would be my first choice!
