The damage to the rear rim was attempted by just buffing, but it is still visibility scratched based on contact with the other vehicle - the estimate said that the rim might need to be replace but it wasn’t - so now I need to go back to the insurance company myself to handle this.
I thought that this should have been something discussed with me before I left the service location.
Otherwise it was a great experience - but I would appreciate assistance in getting this issue resolved
