Everything was great until the car pick up. I had called ahead to okay someone else getting the car. When they arrived you would not release the car and demanded a deductible payment. The waved **** tible should have been verified upon pickup or even before when I called to clear it. It made an awful impression on the person who picked up the vehicle.

I had two estimates, one covered under insurance and one I was paying for out of pocket. I scheduled the repair for the insurance and advised I would call the next day about the other... Dropped off my car and picked it up two days later. To my surprise the out if pocket job was not done and they had no record of my call. They apologize and I was told it is what it is..... They did offer to keep my vehicle and give me a ride home. I had already turned in my rent a car and was asked if there was someone I could borrow a car from.... Very disappointed and the person who took the estimate is the one I now remember talking too... Funny thing is that he sat quiet and never said a word. I wish I would have rememberd that I spoke to him while I was there... I guess it is what it is and now it's my problem.
