The work was impeccable. The progress reports were amazing. The only complaint or question I had was why were 116 miles added to my mileage and did the repair person or whomever drove it those miles need to change my saved radio stations.

It took longer than promised and they kept finding more things to replace. I am not sure I understand why so many things were identified at the last minute. This is a common complaint in online reviews. The car still has a rattle but we can't afford the time to take it back.
