The body work was great. However they did not resolve my ABS issue which they said they said it was. Not very honest.

The repair itself was a solid fix and brought the 4Runner back to its original condition however the experience was not great. The communication between moving the car between shops, and the fact that the repair date was pushed back no less than 3 times (the 16, 23, and 27), brought a lot of stress. Multiple excuses were given that were not reassuring or professional; the engine was hooked up wrong upon reassembly, a mechanic had a personal situation, and other employees had sick days. The repair took longer than the 30 days covered by USAA, and even when we turned our rental in on the 27th March and caught a ride to pick up the 4Runner on the 28th, it wasn’t immediately ready (despite being promised pickup by 3pm on the 27). There were minor damages to the passenger door and inside center console that didn’t require repairs, but are still upsetting. (These damages were not present before turning the car over to Sig’s). We will be letting USAA know that we do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Car was “finished” but unfinished. Parts were found in the back after I was home that they hadn’t replaced yet, but I’d been called and told it was ready. Hood was left opened while sitting on the road for who knows how long- I assume over the weekend since they told me Friday the 23rd it was ready. Workers left their trash (candy wrappers) in my car, and did not even have the decency to clean the dust from repair off of the outside of my car. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with the way my car was returned to me. Body shops I’ve worked with in the past have ALWAYS returned my car looking better than it was when dropped off. The least they could have done was spray the dust from the work in the shop off of my car- but I assume that’s way to much to expect from this shop when the job wasn’t even completed and workers trash is left for customers to dispose of.
