I really liked the vibe of the whole shop. Everyone was friendly with each other and the staff was welcoming to the customers. Everyone I came in contact with, in the shop or working outside, had a greeting. Liked the updates on the vehicle and the work was quick, but excellent. Would recommend for all insurance and personal autobody needs.

Brand new vehicle with just about 500 miles on it. Some type of grease or oil was on the light grey leather seats but was cleaned by the employee turning the vehicle over to me. Small scratches on the center console plastic which were not there prior to drop off! Was told a manager would reach out to me but have yet to hear from one.

Overall satisfaction: Hawaii 9/10=mainland 7/10.
Pros: Very good customer service. Overall, high quality of work with exceptional paint matching and dent repair. I appreciated the frequent updates.
Cons: informal estimate was $2k and the final price was $5.6k. It seems likely that some level of deception was used to ensure I didn’t take my business elsewhere. Post wheel alignment - my steering wheel is no longer vertical when driving. One of the panels was not fully aligned when replaced. Was offered a courtesy repair on another small scratch not associated with this repair, the quality of this paint match was very poor - making the offer essentially worthless.
