From the start the process was great! Brian from the Auto Body team gave me an accurate time frame & kept me updated throughout the repair process so that I could know what to expect. I am happy to say that my truck looks like there was never any damage in the first place

Was told car was cleaned out had to spend over an hour cleaning out sanding dust. Was not told about Tail lamp hardware being lost during repair and incorrect hardware was installed. Tail lamp harness for auxiliary lighting was buried behind bumper cover making it difficult to repair if necessary (had to remove a few fasteners to get harness out) and on the same auxiliary harness the sealant was seperated from grommet and passenger side interior upper "c" panel trim was scratched severely near window. I called and left a message on their phone and have yet to receive a call back.

I had a ding in my paint, not related to the accident. We discussed fixing it and I would pay the extra. It was too costly so I asked if it could just be painted to help prevent rusting. I was told that it would not look the same but it could be done. I said that would be greatly appreciated, It was not done. Other than that they did a wonderful job on the repairs and the car was cleaned inside and out.
