Everyone I have come in contact with at Zack has been fantastic! From the buying experience with Ryan, finance, and unfortunately since the car was wrecked... Even then everyone was great! Customer service was awesome. Worked with me to have Enterprise car rental to pick me up after I dropped off my vehicle. Received a phone call telling me my vehicle was ready. However, my radio did not work after the rear end repair. The tech didn't believe their was a relation of the two. I have scheduled an appt with the Chevrolet dealership for 3 Apr to determine the cause. the tech stated, if it was found to be related to to rear end repair, to bring it back in.
