Brad is absolutely genuine and is covering the situation! Our repairs were not fully completed as we had agreed and there was a significant misunderstanding with the service rep who handled the case. Brad is very kind and understanding and has promised to see the issues through. We trusted Cherokee Toyota and did not even seek another estimate - it was disappointing to say the least when this did not turn out as expected.
