The entire staff was wonderful, professional and took care of my car on the spot, very satisfied. Also, I believe that it was a very fair price for the work that I had done. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.

I was quoted a price, which I agreed to. But when I went to pick up my car today, Susan informed me that it was going to be almost $100 higher because one of the parts was higher than they quoted. She was so rude! There was no apology whatsoever. She said it was an “oversight” that she didn’t call to let me know. It wasn’t the up charge so much as her rudeness and lack of her taking responsibility for her error of not calling to let me know. Terrible customer service. Brian did call me later that day and is going to refund the money. What a strange and disappointing experience with Susan. Not sure I would be comfortable referring anyone here again, despite the other positive experiences I have had in the past.
