When I dropped off my vehicle I told the receptionist that there were 2 dings one each side of the vehicle. She said i will write it down and she did. When I pick up my vehicle the dings were still there. I asked and she asked another lady there and she said they were old damage. Okay, not sure who determines that insurance company or auto shop but it would have been nice for someone to contact me saying that it is not covered by insurance but since the vehicle is here it would cost this much and would you like to get them repaired while the vehicle is here. Now I have to take it to a body shop to get two dings fixed. You were highly recommended and the work was great but it kind of makes me question whether to bring it back there.

I hit a deer: lots of front end damage but the car was drivable. Two Guys Collision is the best repair shop I've ever worked with. The office folk were friendly and professional; they answered every question I had; they worked with me to schedule a convenient drop off date; and, best of all the car was fixed when they said it would be. I give them my highest recommendation - they were great.
