Not a good job... putting this in writing because the same exact mistakes were made again.
The clear coat has over two dozen flaws, reminiscent to the same flaws in the repair work back in June 2016.
The lift gate looks fine. The clear coat flaws are in the bumper, scattered from end to end and top to bottom.
We brought the defects to the attention of the young man who gave us the keys and the paperwork.
He recommended that we bring the Beetle back on Tuesday.
But, if you think it needs more time we can wait. Just let us know...
After twice trusting the Clarksville Auto Center, the final product has not improved.
Most noticeable is that the same mistakes were made in both the clear coat and the lack of quality control.
The car should not have been returned in that condition.
The Clarksville Auto Center processes should be reviewed and corrected.
