The staff was very polite and professional. I greatly appreciated the text updates on the status of my vehicle repairs. I also enjoyed the photographs of my vehicle so that I could really be engaged in the progress. Portsmouth Auto Body turned what was a large inconvenience into a worry free experience.

Communication was great throughout the whole process and I never felt like I didn’t know what was going on. The team was very accommodating for me in terms of working with my schedule in order to drop off/pick up my car and rental. They also did a full cleaning of my car for when I picked it up which was a nice little surprise! The only “complaint” I would have is that one of the women I spoke to on the phone always seemed annoyed/irritated when I would call for updates or anything. Other than that though it was a great experience working with them!
