Don't harass your customers with multiple post repair emails looking for praise

I usually take my cars to Riverside collision because they always go above and beyond expectations in quality. Example, I hit a deer one winter and the headlight had to be replaced with some body work on one of my cars. When I got the car back, Riverside had buffed out the opposite headlight to make it look brand new like the new one, so that they matched. This was done at no cost on an insurance claim. When I spoke to the Rep at LHM before bringing the car, I told him I was planning to just get a quote and then take it to Riverside, because the insurance for the other person who hit me required it. Should have stuck with that plan. On a second call I told him I'd bring it to LHM, just to make it more convenient for everyone, with the caveat that they buff out the other headlight to make it match the new one. I got it back today and it looks like garbage. One light looks brand new because it is, the other, just like it did before I took it. The request was clear in advance, agreed to, and I even verified the buffing was done after they called to say it was finished.
