It took four months for my car to be finished and when I got it back on the right door the box that controls the windows looks like someone sat there scratching it up, this box was completely unscratched when my car went into the shop. My tires still lose air from the accident, I thought they could’ve patched them or replaced the back two tires.

No need to call. The cost for the repair was 50% more than the estimate. There was no underlying unseen damage. They noted that the estimate was off because of bugs on the fender which hid some paint chips and they didn't know how much it was going to cost to mix the paint. Not good excuses if you ever want repeat business. Thanks for the follow up.
