I am totally satisfied with the bumper and fender, but after getting the car back, I found some deep scratches on the hood that I think may have been from the accident, but can't be for sure. I didn't say anything about the to you guys because I never mentioned it in pre-inspection and assumed it was my fault for not bringing it up. Overall, there didn't appear to be any damage when I looked at the hood. I figure you guys looked at it and made the determination that it was older damage. Everything else was fantastic ease if service, professional staff, and speed of repair. Thank you again.

The repair & paint job are good.
But the vehicle was kept almost double the time we were told and returned with the inside of the vehicle coated in fiberglass dust and pieces of broken, tinted safety glass in the back floorboard.
Am not sure what happened and I understand things can go wrong. But better communication would have been helpful as we had an out-of-town trip that kept having to be delayed. And the inside should not have been returned to us in that state.

Someone wrote my last name with their finger on my driver's side window in what appears to be overspray from another vehicle. There also appears to be overspray on the passenger side of my windshield that someone tried to wipe off, but it only streaked the window. I've tried washing the windows many times. I'll try Goo Gone next. Please be more careful with vehicles sitting around the paint building.
