JC was beyond awesome! Informative letting me know the progress every step of the way. He is what customer service should be. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the outcome. He turned a very bad situation regarding my car into a good one. He deserves a raise!

I really appreciated the thoughtfulness of JC. He text me everyday keeping me informed as to how my car was doing. I had an excellent experience from the time I dropped my car off until I picked it up. It was hassle free. JC called Enterprise car rental who picked me up. Once my car was done, I dropped the rental off at the collision center who took care of the rest. Very organized. Thank you.
