Every lady that works in the front office was very cordial and very helpful by calling or emailing me with any question or explanation of the status of my vehicle.
I have normally used a large competitor of Rick's in the past with minimal satisfaction. I will NEVER use them again and will always come to Rick's in the future because of the way I was so well treated at Rick's Paint and Body.
