I was regularly updated as to status of the repairs to my car. The check-out process was simple. Was provided a good line-by-line overview, using the Estimate of Record, of the repairs completed. The car looked great!
The only change that I would recommend is to provide a physical walk-through of the car repairs. To me, a walk-through would help to connect the detail on the Estimate of Record to physically seeing the what/where on the car itself.

To whom it may concern:
The sign of good service is when there is a problem or a challenge and they listen. The car was fixed but there was a noise when we were driving it home from the shop. We took it back about an hour later and had it corrected by the end of the day. The key is they listened and fixed it. It was not their fault it was not ours, other than trying to miss a deer, it was awesome and simple. Hey we still have this noise. Couple of questions later and done. Professional and speedy.
