I had a very good experience with everyone and the shop. Very helpful and professional. The work was more expensive then expected, but I was told that there was potential of that when I got the initial estimate, so I wasn’t caught off guard. Even with the extra work and holiday my car was finished ahead of schedule. The quality of the work is excellent. Hopefully I don’t need body work again but if I do I will use you guys, and I will recommend you to anyone who need bodywork. Thank you!

I'm an 87 year old Korean War Veteran and I've had USAA insurance since 1952, when I served at Ft Eustis Va.
This is the first time I've had to use the insurance for an accident requiring repair services. Cimorelli, the reccomended local service has been outstanding. They provided immediate evaluation of the repairs required, and once I gave them the go-ahead they have provided regular updates on the progress of the repairs. Yesterday I was able to pickup my vehicle, one week earlier than expected. The car looks like new again, and performs perfectly. In the jargon of the military, a 5 Star performance ????
