I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. When I was first told my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up and noticed visible damage on the replaced door. The door appeared to be a used part with pre-existing dents, and I was initially expected to accept the vehicle in that condition.
It was only after I pushed back on the visible damage that painting was offered as a solution, which does not address the underlying issue of a damaged replacement part.
When I raised my concerns, they were minimized despite the damage being clearly visible. During my follow-up visit, the level of customer service was poor. The staff was not welcoming or helpful, and the overall experience lacked professionalism.
Due to the quality of the repair and how my concerns were handled, I would not recommend this shop and would not return.
Based on my experience, I do not wish to have any further communication with this shop.

I’ve now used this autobody shop twice after separate accidents, and both experiences have been excellent.
This time around, I brought my car in for an estimate and they handled everything directly with the insurance company, which made the process incredibly easy. Parts were ordered and arrived within two days. I dropped the car off on Monday and had it back by Thursday — fast turnaround and outstanding work.
The car looks great, just like new. Communication was solid throughout, and I was kept in the loop the whole time. The experience was just as smooth and positive as my first visit, which is why I didn’t hesitate to come back.
Highly recommend — professional, efficient, and reliable. 5 out of 5 stars.
