I know that I requested to check out the alignment and on the invoice it shows that it was checked. However when driving at highway speeds the front end vibrates quite a bit. I mentioned this to I believe Jason who said he would check with the Liberty Mutual to see if they can cover this issue. I'm just waiting to hear back.

The repairs were completed quickly, so that I would be able to make an appointment on time. Also were able to change the oil also. Truck looked cleaner than it has is a while, due to having a gravel road to my home. Thanks to all who had a hand in the repair job.

The automatic texts I received telling me my truck was on schedule didn't match what was actually happening in the garage. My truck was slated to be delivered on Friday and up until Friday at the 11th hour and when I was told the reason why my truck wasn't ready (assembly) I was told it would be ready Monday. Monday came and went as I was told they had to re-paint something, I called Tuesday and asked for an underachieving time when the truck would be ready, I was told mid afternoon, so I had the person clarify since that is vague. I was told 230-330. I didn't receive the text until 3:59 and didn't get called until 4:10. My suggestion would be that they work on under-promising and then over-delivering, I specifically dropped my truck off when I did because I was out of town from Monday through Thursday night. I was told my truck would be ready Friday night so I made plans to use it over the weekend. I have a small farm so the Nissan Versa does not cut it when it comes to chores. I pushed back everything until Monday-Tuesday only to be disappointed again.
