The service representative was very professional. They arranged pickup and drop off and immediately intervened with the rental car agency in correcting an error. The representative I worked with was friendly and helpful. He facilitated the collision claim assessment and set up a rental car for my use while repairs were made. After approx 2 weeks, my car was ready for pick up yesterday. Conveniently I was able to turn the rental in at the dealership. While driving my vehicle last night the coolent light came back on, the car started jerking and would not accelerate while stepping on the gas. I had been assured there was no problem or leaks and the car had only needed coolant when I turned it in. Now I'm stuck without safe transportation again. I feel very frustrared with this situation.
