Work was sub par, long wait to pick up car while staff was laughing and joking about going home and what was for dinner. The day my car was due to be completed I called in to double check, they couldn’t find my file and told me the owner had left for the day.
I feel it is unprofessional to not have someone else in charger after the owner decides to leave for the day.

My vehicle was returned to me covered in dust from the shop. Person who delivered the car stated that it’s a black car and it’s covered in regular dust from outside. I know the difference between dust from dirt and outside debri and dust from bondo filler. The layer of dust is yellow in color and can scratch the surface of the car. I was giving the option to return tomorrow, but I have limited time due to work and one shouldn’t have to return to the shop a second time to have a complete service. It may insignificant to the shop, but as a paying customer, this was indicative to the type of service they perform. If the shop cuts corners on something like this, what or where else are are they cutting corners.

Lack of follow up. Car was supposed to be ready Friday 11/2, but I didn’t get it until 11/7. I had to continually call to see if my car was ready. Friday Monday and Tuesday I called & finally someone called me back to advise my car will be ready at 5:30pm 11/7.
