Jeff is a rude guy. My door has not been opening and closing right ever since I picked it up. Tried talking to him about it and he argued with me that it wasn’t his fault. He was rude on the initial quote and throughout the process. I wanted to use your facility to keep things local in the Andover community, but I regret that now. Not happy with the service or how I was treated, at all!
