The customer service was amazing from start to finish. My car was fixed quickly, and looked better than it has in a long time when I picked it up (repair work was impeccable, and much to my surprise they even cleaned my car!!). I, also, really appreciated the use of their loaner car:) Thank you Shottenkirk Ford!!

From working on the repair estimate, through the actual work being completed, Brian Charron and his team were very thorough in the details of the quality of repair on our vehicle.
