I was very satisfied with the whole process and it was a pleasant experience to deal with Body Works. Usually, my impression of body shops/garages is that it's a headache to deal with, and the place is dirty, there is a lot of waiting, the techs are impersonal, etc., but not with Body Works. Mike was courteous and friendly, the job was done super fast and done very well, the place was clean and presentable, and I was just happy with the whole experience. The process was simple and fast and everything done with professionalism.

We have not been involved in an accident in 20 years. At the start I would have liked to understand the use of "after market" parts vs Subaru parts.
