Time needed was as promised, office people pleasant and helpful. Even got a follow-up call to check on satisfaction. They kept me updated through texts on the progress of the work. It appeared they work seamlessly with Enterprise Rent-a-Car and local insurance agents in dealing with claims.

I had read ended someone so the front of my car needed repaired. Now, my drivers side turn signal does not work, my wiper fluid is completely empty and I had JUST filled it before dropping my car off, and I believe there is still a broken piece on the front bumper. Although that part is cosmetic, I still believe it should have been replaced since it was part of the bumper which had to be replaced.
