This was my first time having body work done. Ron was great at explaining what needed to be done and the process he will have to go through with the insurance. The work took a little over a week and when it was done, looks great!
A few suggestions:
-Let the customer know that you will call when the repair is done and that the emails are automated, not accurate.
-If your guys take the car out and they stop for food, dispose of any evidence (red pepper flake packet left in my car) as it is an unsettling realization
