I didn't like the fact that I felt pressured to do the work at your shop through GEICO. Everything seems fine, but I would have expected more of an inspection at the end of the work. Also, there were a few small non-accident related issues I might have wanted to discuss while the repair was going on. My car has two scratches on the non-repaired area, and it very well could have happened in the one stop I made the next day after I picked up the car. If you have pictures of the driver-side door, than we can clear that up ASAP.

I was given an estimated pick up date two weeks earlier than when I actually got my truck back. I rely heavily on my vehicle and needed a much more accurate estimate. My business relies on my truck and constantly dealing with setbacks affected myself and my customers. The staff were nice but I would not recommend this business to anyone seeking repairs. My experience has been a huge headache.
