As always when we bring our vehicles to OCR, the level of professionalism and customer service exceeded our expectations. I must compliment Tiffany on keeping everything associated with the repair coordinated and keeping me informed. Chris wrote the sheet and was quite helpful in answering my questions. We have some very minor additional damage, which I wanted to address to mitigate possible rust developing and Chris was able to help me with that. I will be bringing the car back later this year for cosmetic paint repair to the hood and fender.

Everyone seemed to be ok when I picked up my car, until I realized as I was about home that my turning signals were not working. I went back immediately and a worker immediately had it working. Also, the repairs took a bit longer than what I had expected, but the work seems to be very good.

Once I got the car home I noticed that there is a spot near the bottom of the door just above the bottom molding where there is a spot that looks like the paint has run. A solid line of paint. I plan to bring the car in tomorrow so you can see it and let me know what needs to be done.
