I worked with Amy & Clinton. I was always up to date with the status of my vehicle. They sent me texts and called me. When I called on a Friday before a holiday weekend and say "it doesn't matter when I get my car back....you can keep it until after the long weekend... but can you please let me know in ADVANCE because I have to pick my daughter up from school in Lexington at 3:30".....and you call me at 3:45 that day and tell me I HAVE to get there before 5 to get my car...that is a large problem! You all knew I was in Lexington AND had to return the rental car. I did not have my xtra set of keys with me, and you have no way for me to get my car without them!! I always use south Broadway Collision in Lexington, and they are much more accommodating. I have never had to rush around last minute or have to pay for
Xtra rental car days....they don't operate like that. You all made it crazy.
