My vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion and the updates were a nice touch. I do have 2 concerns- my service advisor, Terry Wilson, never extended his hand until I came to pick up my vehicle as he mentioned this survey. Additionally, my vehicle was very poorly detailed. When I mentioned the poor job to Terry, he indicated that the detailers are poorly paid. (As if that was an excuse for a poor job. I assured him that my next vehicle purchase would not be a Cadillac if that was the mindset of the staff.) I reminded him that Massey Cadillac has a good name and reputation. I am sorry that I had to remind Him and not vice versa.
