Severn Auto Body kept us up to date on our repair process. The staff is super friendly and we were notified immediately if there were any changes in our pick up date. Having a rental car company on site made the process even easier. All we did was drop off our car and drive away in a rental.I would highly recommend Severn Auto Body to anyone looking for body repairs. The job was done quickly and the customer service was outstanding. We have zero complaints and if the need ever arises again, this will be our first and only place to bring our car. The shop is also clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for better service or superior frienly staff. An immense amount of stress was relieved because of Severn Auto Bodies staff, insurance adjusters, and enterprise rent a car process. I would recommend this business without hesitation.
