I needed to repair my bumper and when the vehicle was returned, there were new damages that wasn't there before. When we went to confront Kings collision about the incident, they denied they did anything wrong but it obvious that the new damages resulted from replacing the bumper.

The service was courteous, time-efficient, and considerate. Dropping off the car, the body shop manager reviewed the damage with me and the GEICO estimator.The concern for customer satisfaction was apparent when the car was being picked up.
The text message and phone updates were helpful. A very nice touch was the car wash. Even the interior of the car was vacuum! A pleasant surprise.
