Upon arrival Johnathan and I may be mistaken his name greeted with a smile and friendly tone as I dropped off my vehicle. He explained to me in the way that I understand what may have to be done with my vehicle and why. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and I didn't feel as I was being rushed. He had positive energy and I was updated about my vehicle via email as new information occur which was fantastic due to I usually have to call previous dealers for an update on my vehicle. I hope no more accidents occur but if it does I will be bringing it back to Tamaroff. They did awesome job????
