My situation was different in that I was not going through insurance-the person who hit my car wished to pay out of pocket. Therefore I was in an awkward position but the entire staff at classic collision was beyond supportive and understanding. They were empathetic and reassuring! Patrick, Marena and Robert although professional they remained human which allowed them to deliver superb customer service!!

The company did a great job on my vehicle and it was completed very timely. Finally, I was impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable the people where. The only issue I had was that I signed up to receive text updates each day on the progress of my repairs, I never received any text messages.
