The original estimate should have included the right price for the paint used for the repairs. I didn’t appreciate having to pay an additional $200 for the correct finish. The estimate also included an extra charge for what was a very minor touch up that took 5 minutes after I pointed out that it wasn’t done. In previous repairs done at your shop this was done without charge.
