I feel like as the customer we should not have to manage and babysit the repair schedule etc. Had to call and get updates on repairs just to find out some supplemental items needed to be approved by insurance. had I not called the project may have been delayed even further. I am not happy with the quality of the repairs either. Doesn't seem to be good attention to detail.
