The interior was stained from something and there was a smell in the AC the is causing me a headache.

Michelle was terrific.She kept me informed about progress or lack thereof. BUT, Your inability to get replacement parts in a timely fashion meant I had to leave my car with you for an extra week. That's not terrific. And the fact that the A/C wasn't working speaks to a poor final inspection process.I think you can do better.

After having my car for 30 days, there were numerous problems. The car door was not the same shade as the rest of the car, the bumper that was replaced was not lined up properly, the grill was coming off, several parts were rough along the edges, **** area the paint was chipped, I could see clips where parts were replaced.
My insurance only covered 30 days of rental and now I must come up with the money to pay for more rental time.
I cannot recommend anyone else to patronize your business. Of course if my car is repaired quickly and my rental fee is covered for the time required to fix the shoddy work, I will be completely satisfied.
