I was called to pick up my car it was ready I left work early went to get it only to find out it definitely was not done. Hood was not in line with the front of vehicle I could see a crack in the grill frame. They had to keep car another week. I never should have been called that it was ready they should look car over befor calling customer

My car repair is perfect! I had requested an estimate to have other side of car repaired at my own expense and told I would have that by Thursday October 19. I wanted to get it done while car was there and I had a rental
I received estimate on Monday October 23 over phone, which said 4 days total so it could not be done this week. I asked if they would buff out the rear scrape and he said yes. When I picked up my car that was not done and I did not receive the estimate to look over.
As I said the repair that was done looks great. Honestly I’ve worked 22 days so haven’t looked up close but will over the weekend. I’m just sorry there wasn’t time to do other side.

The parts you replaced looks good, but you cracked the other side of the fog lamp holder. There are more dings on the side of the car than when it was dropped off. The inside of the vejicle was never cleaned as promised. The paper work has the drop off mileage at 78,400 & now it reads 83,700.
