As far as the bodywork was done yes I was completely satisfied. But I feel that the communication between the customer , insurance co.and the bodywork is severely lacking and that you’re too busy to do follow up. my car sat there practically for two weeks because you were waiting for a response for a supplemental and apparently there was no follow through until I happen to call and ask what’s going on and was informed that they had not heard back from the insurance company and I had to call the insurance company to get the **** moving again

Would have appreciated better communication with John at the beginning of the job. We never knew the work could have begun since November 20th. Instead the vehicle stayed at the body shop until January 20. We incorrectly thought the invoice had to be paid in full before work could begin. All is well but better communication next time.
