Two pieces of trim were not replaced which can be seen easily in the area which was damaged and hatchback does not operate automatically now!

Libertyville Auto Body received our Acura MDX on Tuesday, January 9th after some minor damage had happened to the driver's side wheel. We were then called and told our MDX would be ready on Thursday, January 18th. When we went to pick it up on Saturday the 20th - after we returned our rental car - we were told that "someone" should have called us to let us know that it wasn't actually going to be ready. We then had to go back and get another rental car (all of this was an infuriating waste of time). Our MDX was not actually ready until Monday the 29th. We picked it up on the 29th afterhours and checked out at the dealership. When we got in the car we immediately noticed the warning light telling us that one of our tires was low on air, so we had to hassle with filling it that same evening (rediculious that this was overlooked). On Tuesday the 30th a loud squeaking sound began coming from the driver's side wheel that had been repaired. I took it in to the shop on Wednesday the 31st and had to sit there for 2 hours - in the middle of my work day - while they worked on it. The sound was gone when I left the shop, but came back later that night. I called again on Thursday February 1st to let them know, and they said they would order new parts and let me know when they are in next week. At this point, we have been hassling with this for almost a month for this one repair, and it's STILL not repaired! Needless to say, we have been extraordinarily dissatisfied with this entire experience.

Still don’t like how repair looks. By no means is it perfect. Looked much better last time I had repair done back in October.

Have not been able to view the workmanship due to snow coverage but staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I was happy with the body repairs done to my car. The only issue was that I was supposed to get text updates but never did until the day after I picked it up. Otherwise it was good.

The Auto Body team did an excellent job. They matched the paint perfectly on the rear bumper and side panel. They kept in close contact with us throughout the process. We were very satisfied with the service overall and will use Libertyville Auto Body in the future.

Repairs were completed one day sooner that estimated which was much appreciated. Repairs look great, can't tell any damage was done. Will definitely continue to refer work your way.

The time it took to repair my vehicle was one week after the estimated time

I greatly appreciate the loaner I was able to use during the time my car Was being fixed. Everyone I dealt with at Acura of Libertyville was helpful and welcoming. I received updates on the progress of the Car which was helpful. They did a great job! The car looks great!
